摘　　要：针对3G-324M协议在多媒体移动通信中的应用,在给出3G-324M协议提出背景的基础上全面地讨论了3G-324M协议的内部体系结构,包括3G-324M协议的会话操作过程,H.223复用协议,H.245控制协议及视音频编码协议等,为视频电话协议的设计及实现提供有力的理论参考。指出了3G-324M协议将为个人通信带来革命性发展。Aimed at the application of 3G-324M protocols in multimedia mobile communication, based on the promotion background of 3G-324M protocols, this paper makes an overall discussion about the inside mechanism of 3G- 324M protocols, including session procedure of 3G-324M, H. 223 multiplexing protocol, H. 245 controlling protocol and video-audio codec etc, which can provide good theoretical reference for the design and implementation of 3G- 324M protocol. At last, it is pointed out that 3G-324M protocols will bring a revolutionary progress for personal communication.
