摘 要:分析了SZY01型海底原位十字板剪切测试仪器测量部件十字板轴的工作情况,以十字板轴的直径和长度为优化目标,建立了二维约束多目标优化数学模型,依据边界条件,运用MATALAB 6.5工具箱的优化设计模块获得了十字板轴直径和长度的优化解。在室内对原轴与优化轴进行了对比试验,并以室内便携式剪力仪测量数据为基准,定性地证明了采用优化轴可提高测量精度。In this paper, the working condition of the measuring segment of Model SZY01 vane in - situ shear instrument is analyzed, and the planar multi -object optimization mathematical model of the vane pole is set up, in which the optimizcd objects are the diameter and the length of the vane pole. With the help of the optimization module of the toolbox of MATALAB 6.5, the optimum diameter and the length of the vane pole is also obtained based on the limit condition. The contrastive in - situ tests on experiment samples were carried out respectively using vane shear instrument with the optimized vane pole or the initial vane pole in indoor. Taking data measured by portable shearing instrument as the reference, the data obtained by the vane shear instruments are compared, and the result has been proved that the vane shear instrument with the optimized vane pole can improve the testing precision.
