摘 要:以泰安焦化厂经蒸氨除油预处理后的废水为研究对象,探讨用SBR法处理焦化废水的可行性及其运行特征。在实验室内考察了SBR操作模式和曝气时间等条件变化时焦化废水中有机物的降解及氨氮的去除效果。研究结果表明,采用SBR法在操作模式为瞬时进水-缺氧搅拌4 h-曝气16 h-停曝搅拌2.5 h-沉淀排水1.5 h条件下处理焦化废水,对有机物及氨氮的去除是有效的。In this paper, taking the wastewater pretreated through degreasing - distilling ammonia from Taian Coking Plant as studied object, the feasibility and cost effectiveness of treating coking wastewater by SBR( Sequencing Batch Reactor) are discussed. The effects of organic matter degradation and ammonia - nitrogen removing under variational operating patterns of SBR and aeration times have been investigated in laboratory. The resalts of the study show that when operating mode is quickly feeding water - anoxic stirring for 2.5 h - aeration for 16 h - halting for aeration and stirring for 2.5 h - settling and draining for 1.5 h the coking plant wastewater could be treated well by SBR method.
