摘  要:采用6周递增负荷游泳训练模型,分别测定血液淋巴细胞的DNA损伤、血清MDA的含量、血清SOD和GSH-Px的活性.与NC组相比,EC组大鼠血清MDA含量显著增加,血清SOD和GSH-Px活性显著下降,反映血液淋巴细胞损伤的指标尾长、尾矩及椭圆矩显著增加;与EC组相比,EP组大鼠血清MDA含量显著下降,血清SOD和GSH-Px活性显著增高,淋巴细胞的尾长、尾矩和椭圆矩显著降低,说明人参茎叶皂甙提高了血清SOD、GSH-Px的活性,减少了OH·等对DNA的直接损伤,对6周递增负荷过度训练导致的大鼠血液淋巴细胞的DNA损伤有保护作用.The thesis measured the DNA damage of lymphocyte, malondialdehyde content, superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in serum of rats by taking incremental exercise to establish overtraining model. Compared with NC group, the MDA content in serum increased remarkably, the SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum decreased markedly in EC group rats. Tail length, Tail moment and Olive moment of lymphocyte also increased observably in EC group rats. Compared with EC group, the MDA content in serum decreased remarkably, the SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum increased markedly in EP group rats , Tail length, Tail moment and Olive moment of lymphocyte decreased observably in EP group rats too. Ginsenosides of stem-leaf can eliminate the free radical, enhance the SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum of rats. Ginsenosides of stem-leaf can attenuate exercise-induced DNA damage in incremental swimming exercise for 6 weeks.
