摘  要:采用差热分析(DTA),X-ray衍射分析(XRD),扫描电镜分析(SEM)等手段研究热处理制度对锂铝硅透明微晶玻璃热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,随B2O3含量的增加,玻璃的熔化温度降低,熔化质量提高。经处理后的微晶玻璃样品,随B2O3含量的增加,透明性变差。当B2O3的含量超过3%时,出现比较严重的分相现象。微晶玻璃的主晶相为LixAlxSi1-xO2固溶体。Combined by the differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the coefficients of linear expansion measurement, the influence of heat treatment system on the thermal expansion coefficient of the Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics was investigated. The better heat treatment system was achieved by the analysis of cross experiment to each factor of the heat treatment temperature. The results found with the increase of B2O3, the melting temperature of the glasses reduced too, and the quality of the glasses melting was increased. With the increasing of B2O3 ,the transparence of glass-ceramics became bad. When the addition of B2O3 was up to 3%, the phase separation of the glasses became seriously. After heat treatment, the main crystal phase of the glass-ceramics was LixAlxSi1-xO2 solid solution.
