民主集中制:历史发展、科学内涵与现实需要

摘　　要：民主集中制有其历史的形成过程。民主集中制是民主制和集中制的有机结合,是民主和集中辩证统一。加强民主集中制,首先,要科学把握党的政治路线和政策的正确与否对民主集中制的执行情况的影响,其次,要注意把健全民主集中制与完善党内领导制度和组织制度的实际结合起来,全面加强党的民主制度建设,再次,要结合党员领导干部的思想状况和作风状况,切实加强党的作风建设。The democratic centralism in China has its own course of ormation and the development. It is an organic combination of democratic system and centralized system, and a dialectical unity of democrat and centralism. According to current status of our country, in order to enhance the democratic centralism, first of all, we must ensure legitimacy of the political orientation and the policies of the CCP, which is very important to the execution of the democratic centralism; secondly, its necessary to combine the democratic centralism with the construction of the leading and organization mechanism inside the CCP and strengthen the construction of the CCP inside-democracy; and we should also make great efforts to improve CCP cadres thinking and working styles depending on their current status.
