摘　　要：目的研究单剂量肌注甲氨喋呤（MTX）治疗异位妊娠（EP）的药动学特点,并计算其参数。方法给予9例输卵管异位妊娠患者im MTX（1 mg·kg^-1）,分别于给药0-24 h内多点采静脉血,用荧光偏振免疫法测定MTX的浓度,用3p97软件计算药动学参数。结果MTX的药动学符合一级吸收的二室模型。结论单剂肌注MTX的药动学研究有助于深入分析EP治疗成功与否的相关因素。OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of single - dose intramuscular injection of Methotrexate in patients with EP （ectopic pregnancy）and calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. METHODS After a single intramuscular dose （ 1 mg·kg^-1 ）was given to nine patients with EP, the serum samples were withdrawn from 0 to 24 h and the blood drug concentration was assayed by fluorescence polarigation immunoassay. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3p97 program. RESULTS The pharmacokinetics of single - dose intramuscular of methotrexate（MTX） in patients with EP conformed to two compartment with 1 st order absorption. CONCLUSION The results would be helpful for the analysis of the factors contributed to the successful treatment rate.
