气相色谱法测定去感热注射液中樟脑的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定去感热注射液中樟脑含量的方法。方法采用GC法测定,使用0.53 mm口径的PEG-20M毛细管柱,FID检测器,氮气为载气,柱流速7 ml·min^-1,程序升温。结果樟脑的保留时间为7.6 min,线性范围5-50μg·ml^-1（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.4%（n=9）。结论所建立的方法准确、灵敏、简便、专属性强,适用于去感热注射液中樟脑的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine camphor in Quganre injection. METHODS GC method was used with a capillary column （0.53 mm,diameter）, FID detector, N2 as carrier gas （column flow 7 ml·min^-1 ） and programmed temperature. RESULTS The retention time of camphor was about 7.6 min. The linear relationship was obtained in the range of 5 - 50μg·ml^-1 （r = 0.9997）. The average recovery was 99.8% with the RSD of 1.4% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION This method is reliable, sensitive, simple and selective. It can be used for the determination of camphor in Quganre injection.
