摘　　要：对扳手锻模断裂断口进行宏观形貌、金相组织的检验和锻模制造工艺过程等的分析,结果表明扳手锻模断裂的主要原因是扳手锻模模膛变质层有细小的裂纹及热处理工艺不当造成的,并根据断裂产生的原因,提出了防止扳手锻模断裂产生的有效措施。Macroscopic and microscopic appearances of the fracture in spanner forging mould and the process of its manufacturing technology are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the reasons are found out and the countermeasure for efficiently preventing fracture of spanner forging mould is put forward.
