摘　　要：在血站的质量管理中引入ISO9000族标准有较好的实际意义,可以达到事半功倍的效果。ISO9000在血站贯彻的重中之重是领导作用、文件化的质量、监控与评价。ISO9000在血站的贯彻需要引起注意的问题是对ISO9000正确理解和准确定位、注意血站的行业特点和单位的自身特点、正确对待外部审核等。Introduces the ISO9000 standardins in the blood station quality control and it has the good practical significance. Leadership, quality of documentation, monitoring and evaluation is the key to ISO9000 in blood bank implementation. The issues that need to be paid attention are the folloning： correct understanding of the ISO9000 and accurate positioning, paying attention to blood industry characteristics and units＇characteristics, and the correct treatment of the external audit.
