摘　　要：为提高速度滑冰陆地模仿课的教学质量,解决传统的陆地模仿练习与冰上教学相脱离的问题,我们改传统的运动技能教学为健身内容教学,用轮滑教学替代传统的速度滑冰陆地模仿练习。把冰前期教学同冰上需要有机地结合起来,使之形成完整统一的教学过程,加快了学生冰上技能的形成过程,既调动了学生学习的积极性,又提高了教学质量。In order to improving the teaching effect in land imitation class and solving the problem which the land imitation exercise is disengaged from teahing on the ice, the traditional sports skill teaching may be replaced with the healthy activities teaching. Instead of the traditional speed skating land imitation exercise, the roller skating teaching organically combines the prophase teaching with requirement on the ice phase into a whole teaching process. It can accelerate the students＇ skating skill development and mobilize their learning positivity for improving the teaching effect.
