摘 要:目的制备三甲基壳聚糖载胸腺五肽口服亚微粒(Tp5-TMC-SM),并研究其稳定性及在体内外的有关性质。方法制备Tp5-TMC-SM并考察冻干亚微粒的稳定性、体外释药特性及体内免疫调节能力。结果制得亚微粒粒径110.6 nm,药物包封率为78.8%,Tp5-TMC-SM冻干粉的体外释药过程符合Weibull方程,且无突释效应;所制亚微粒在体内的免疫系统调节能力较Tp5原料药显著提高。结论Tp5-TMC-SM可实现胸腺五肽口服给药。OBJECTIVE To prepare thymopentin loaded trimethyl chitosan submicron (Tp5 -TMC -SM) and study on stability in vitro and immunoregulation properties in vivo. METHODS The lyophilized Tp5 - TMC - SM was prepared, and then in vitro stability and release properties were studied together with the in vivo immunoregulation capability. RESULTS The average particle size was 110.6 nm with 78.8% entrapment efficiency. The lyophilized Tp5 - TMC - SM was stable and the release property in vitro fitted Weibull equation with a higher immunoregulation capability in vivo. CONCLUSION Tymopentin can be administered orally in the form of Tp5 - TMC - SM.
