摘　　要：目的建立测定藏药独一味及其水提取物中止血活性成分总环烯醚萜苷含量的方法。方法用聚酰胺柱预先除去其中黄酮类成分,然后采用一阶导数法。结果8-乙酰氧基山栀苷甲酯在10.2-71.4μg.m l-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.53%±2.56%,RSD=2.69%。结论所建立的方法快速、可靠。OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of the total iridoid glycosides in Herba Lamiophlomis rotata and its aqueous extract. METHODS First derivative spectrophotometry was used. In this method, polyamide chromatographic column was used as preeolumn to remove flavonoids. RESULTS There was a good linear correlation in the rang of 10.2 - 71.4 μg·ml^ -1 （ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 98.53 with RSD of 2.69%. CONCLUSION The method was simple, reliable and could be used as the determination method of the total iridoid glycosides in Herba Lamiophlomis rotata and its aqueous extract.
