摘　　要：结合本地区应用预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)的实际情况和某工程桩基施工的监理工作,从施工方案、质量控制等方面探讨锤击预应力管桩施工过程中监理工作应注意的一些关键问题。Considering the application of pretensioned high strength spun concrete piles（PHC） and the management of a pile project in Yueyang, some management key problems which should be paid attention to in the process of PHC construction are discussed from the construction plan, quality control, and so on.
