HPLC法测定补气养血汤中黄芪甲苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立补气养血汤中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以乙腈--水(30∶70)为流动相,203nm为检测波长,对补气养血汤中黄芪甲苷含量进行了测定。结果:此方法的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.95%,补气养血汤中黄芪甲苷的含量不少于0.2198mg/mL,其保留时间为8.09min。结论:本方法操作简便,快捷,准确,可用于该制剂的初步质量控制。Objective ： To establish the determination standards of Astragalus saponins Ⅳ in the soup for replenishing Qi and nourishing blood. Methods：We used HPLC at 203nm with acetonitrile-water（30 ： 70） as a mobilephase to determine the content of Astragalus saponins Ⅳ. Results：The average recovery was 99. 9% and RSD was 1. 95% ,the content of Astragalus saponins Ⅳ in the soup for replenishing Qi and nourishing blood was no less than 0. 2198mg/mL,and the retention time was 8.09 minutes. Conclusion： The methods is simple,quick,accurate and can be used for the prelimary quality control of the soup for replenishing Qi and nourishing blood.
