摘　　要：通过对防空自动化指挥控制系统的自身效能和使用效能分析,提出了系统效能的评估指标体系,综合考虑系统性能和战场使用的特点,运用模糊评判法进行分析,建立了防空自动化指挥控制系统评估模型。Through the analysis of self effectiveness and usage effectiveness on air defense C^3I system, it puts forward a effectiveness factors system of evaluating defense C^3I system, considers the system function and features in battlefield usage synthetically, utilizes fuzzy synthetic judging method to analyze air defense C^3I system, sets up a effectiveness evaluating model of air defense C^3I system.
