摘 要:从威海玛伽山上采集的9株夏季常见大型真菌中筛选出产漆酶能力最强的菌株白毒鹅膏菌,研究了碳源、氮源、各种理化因素等培养条件对漆酶分泌的影响。结果表明:麸皮作碳源、酵母膏作氮源有利于漆酶的分泌,pH在5.0~5.4的范围内对漆酶的分泌影响不大,培养温度、接种量、通气量对漆酶的分泌有较大影响,正交试验表明:麸皮20g/L,酵母膏5g/L,在250mL的容量瓶中,装液量为50mL,温度25℃时,白毒鹅膏菌第8d达产酶高峰,在以邻联甲苯胺作为底物时,峰值酶活为365U/mL。Amanita verna which could produce laccase was isolated from 9 fungi gathered on the Majia moun-tain. Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and culture conditions on laccase production from trainers trogii were studied. The results showed that starch and yeast paste were the best to be used as carbon source and as nitrogen source respectively. There was little difference of effect of pH 5.0~5.4 of the medium on laccase production, but the culture temperature, inoculation amount and ventilation volume had greater influence on laccase production by the fungus. The curve of laccase production and optimal condition of laccase reaction were also studied. The results showed that the laccase production peak of Amanita verna resched was 365 U/ mL.
