摘　　要：目的:探讨假性胰腺囊肿的个体化治疗。方法:回顾性分析43例假性胰腺囊肿的临床资料。结果:8例采用保守治疗治愈,10例行穿刺置管外引流,手术治疗25例。结论:假性胰腺囊肿治疗方法较多,应根据病程、大小、病因、部位采取个体化治疗方案。Objective：To study the Individual treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst. Methods：The clinical data of 43 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Of 43 cases, 8 patients were managed conservatively, external drainage by puncture in 10 cases and 25 patients underwent operation. Conclusion：There are various treatments of PPC,Individual scheme should be advocated according to the course of disease, size, pathogen and locatiom
