低流量单肺通气时安氟醚用量观察

摘　　要：目的:观察低流量单肺通气时安氟醚用量。方法:60例单肺通气患者随机分为A,B两组,每组30例。A组单肺通气时氧流量为1L/min。B组为氧流量2L/min。观察两组患者安氟醚用量。结果:A组患者安氟醚用量明显少于B组。结论:低流量单肺通气可减少安氟醚用量。Objective：To study the consumption of enflurane during low-volume anesthesia in one-lung ventilation.Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The flow rate of oxygen was 1 L/min in group A and 2 L/min in group B for one-lung ventilation.The consumption of enflurane in two groups was observed respectively.Results：The consumption of en- flurane in group A was significantly less than that in group B.Conclnsion：The low-volUme anesthesia in one-lung ventilation can decrease the consumption of enflurane.
