摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下难治性鼻出血的止血方法。方法应用鼻内镜对18例难治性鼻出血患者进行检查,寻找出血部位。以克氏针改制的绝缘电灼针和硬塑细吸引管电灼止血。结果18例患者均经一次治愈,全部病例无严重并发症。随访6个月～3年未再出血。结论鼻内窥镜、绝缘电灼针、硬塑细吸引管和高频电刀联合应用治疗鼻出血,视野广阔清楚、疗效可靠、操作简单,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To discuss the treatment of epistaxis under nasal endoscopy. Methods 18 cases of serious epistaxis inposterior nares were treated by nasal endoscopy ,electric cauterization pin and suction tube. Results 18 cases were cured once. There were no serious complications and pains in all the patients..The epistaxis did not recur but in all the patients with a follow - up of 6 months to 3 years. Conclusion It is truly a practical way that serious epistaxis in posteriornares be treated by nasal endoscopy ,electric cauterization pin and suction tube. It has the advantages of clear field of view reliable therapeutic offectiveness and easy perfomance.
