口服蓖麻油代替清洁灌肠在结肠镜检查的临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨口服蓖麻油代替清洁灌肠在结肠镜检查中的肠道清洁效果。方法 口服蓖麻油与传统清洁灌肠进行对照。结果 口服蓖麻油效果好，护士工作量小，操作耗时较短，同时减轻病人的痛苦及经济负担。结论 口服蓖麻油代替清洁灌肠简单，安全，效果好，付作用小，护士工作量小。Objective To study the effect of oral castor oil instead of cleaning enema in fhe colonoscopy examination of intestinal. Methods Comparing the effects of the two mathods. Results As to the effect of the cleaning enema, taking the castor oil orally is better, having less workload of the nurse, using less time, lightening the suffering and economic burden of patients. Conclusion Taking the castor oil orally instead of cleaning enema is simple and safe ,which having less side effects and the nurse＇s workload.
