益气补血片联合强的松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气补血片联合强的松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法:选择确诊的慢性ITP患者45例,随机分为两组;治疗组23例,用益气补血片,每次5片,每日3次,口服,同时予强的松1mg/(kg·d),口服;对照组22例,单用强的松1mg/(kg·d),口服。治疗时间均4周。根据血小板计数(峰值)进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组有效率82.5%,对照组有效率59.1%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:益气补血片联合强的松治疗ITP疗效显著,可推广使用。Objective：To contrast the therapeutic effects of yiqibuxuepian and Prednisone in the treatment of ITP. Methods：Fortyfive cases of diagnosed chronic ITP were randomly divided into the treatment group of 23 cases treated with yiqibuxuepian（renshen,danggui,huangqi,dazao,zhiheshouwu ,chenpi） 5 tablets each time,three times a day and ling of prednisone each kilogram body weight a day orally. The contrrol group treated with ling of prednisone each kilogram body weight a day orally. 4 weeks were a course of treatment in both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in terms of the thrombocyte count. Results：The rate of curaitive effect was 82.5 % in treatment group,and 59.1% in the control group,there existed significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conelusion：Yiqibuxuepian and prednisone have significant curative effect in ITP.
