疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝

摘　　要：目的:总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝的临床经验。方法:采用无张力疝修补材料Marlex MeshPlug手术治疗60岁以上老年人腹股沟疝127例,术后进行了1～5年的随访。结果:125例痊愈。8例出现并发症(4.3%),其中疝复发1例(复发率为0.8%),切口迟发性感染1例,术后阴囊血肿4例,远侧鞘膜积液1例,急性尿储留1例,均经治疗痊愈。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝复发率低,可作为首选方法。Objective.To sum up the clinical experience of mesh plug inguinal hernia repair for senile patients. Methods：Bard marlex mesh plug was used to treat 127 eases of inguinal hernia for patients more than 60 years old. Follow-up study was completed for all patients for 1 to 5 years. Results： 125 eases were cured. 8 eases set up in complications （4.3%）, including recurrence of hernia in 1 ease （recurrence rate is 0.8%）, delayed infection of incision wound in 1 ease, hematoma of scrotum in 4 eases,hydroeele of distal tuniea vaginalis in 1 ease and acute urosehesis in 1 ease. Conclusion：The recurrence rate of mesh plug hernia repair for senile patients is low. The method can be used as the first choice.
