摘　　要：目的:探讨Rh(D)阴性血型患者接受Rh(D)阳性供肝在肝移植术前备血、免疫诱导的方案。方法:总结我院实施的3例Rh(D)阴性患者的肝移植术前治疗经验。结果:3例患者肝移植手术均获成功,在围手术期未出现严重的并发症,3例患者均治愈出院,目前仍在随访中。结论:Rh(D)阴性血型患者不再因为输血或供体原因而失去肝移植的机会,充分的术前治疗是Rh(D)阴性血型终末期肝病患者肝移植的关键。Objective ：To study the medical treatment of blood type RH （-） patient with RH （＋） donor in preoperative peiod of liver transplantation. Methods：To summarize the treatment experience in peroperative period about 3 Rh-patients accepted liver transplantation in our hospital. Results：The operations are successful. No patient develops severe complication in perioperative period. All patients are well in follow-up visit. Conslusion：Rh （-） patient also can safely undergo liver transplantation.Proper preoperative treatment is the key point to make sure the transplantation suecessfully operated.
