摘　　要：本文介绍了纯棉织物的活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺，通过对活性染料的选择，染料的用量、碱剂和时间等工艺条件的研究，表明冷轧堆染色与常规工艺相比具有较高的固色率，同时，节约了能源。This paper introduced the application of Cold pad batch dyeing with reactive dyes of cotton by selecting the reactive dyes and studying the process conditions,such as the concentration of dye,alkali and time.Compared with conventional process,the result has shown that the Cold pad batch dyeing not only can improve the color fastness,but also has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.
