摘 要:研究了DKDP溶液的性质,测定了四方相与单斜相各自溶解度曲线及溶液中两相平衡相变点温度,测定了四方相与单斜相的稳定区.同时,系统地研究了溶液稳定性、溶液pD值、温度、焦磷酸根等因素对DKDP晶体生长的影响,快速地生长出DKDP晶体.晶体消光比的测定结果表明,快速生长的DMP晶体的光学均匀性并未降低.The properties of DKDP solution were studied. The solubility curves of tetragonal phase and monoclinic phase were determined. Also. the transition point, the temperature of tetragonal-monoclinic phase were measured. The influence of stability of DKDP solution, pD value, pyrophosphate anion, and the temperature of growth solution on the growth of DKDP crystal were studied systematically. the good optical DKDP crystal with the growth rate of 6.2mm/d was achieved, and the extinction ratio was measured. Experiments show that the DKDP crystal grown at high velocity has the same optical homogeneity as the crystal grown by using normal slow-cooling method.
