摘　　要：多年来我国风险投资的“官办官营”的投资模式所暴露出的不合理性和不可行性已越来越明显，尽快改变这一投资模式，实现由“官办官营”模式向“官助民办”模式的转轨，多渠道筹措资金，应是明智且可行的路径选择。The ＂ government- owned and government- run＂ mode of risk investment has been proved more and more unreasonable and infeasible through years of running. To change this situation, it is wise and practical to promote the conversion from the original mode to the mode of ＂government - assisted, civil - run＂ risk investment, thus achieving multi -channeled financing.
