摘  要:在饮水中分别添加0、0.03%、0.05%、0.07%溢康素,观察其对56周龄新罗曼产蛋鸡产蛋性能和粪臭的影响。试验结果表明:蛋鸡饮水中添加0.05%溢康素显著提高产蛋率22.8个百分点(P<0.01),降低饲料消耗13.9%(P<0.01);对壳厚和蛋形指数的影响差异均显著(P<0.05);氮的排泄率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);粪便硫化氢和氨气的释放量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);而对蛋的比重无显著的影响(P>0.05),对磷的排泄率无明显的改善(P>0.05)。Yikangsu was added to drinking water with four levels which were 0,0.03% ,0.05% and 0.07% respectively to study the effect of Yikangsu on production performance and waste gas of layers. The experiment period was 5 weeks,64 healthy 56-week-old Lohmann layers were allotted to 4 treatments randomly,with 2 replicates in each treatment and 8 layers in each replicate. The result showed that compared with control group,laying rate of 0.05% group increased 22.8% dramatically(P〈0.01 ),conversely,feed consumption,excretion rate of nitrogen and output of H2S and NH3 in feces decreased dramatically(P〈0.01). The egg shell thickness and egg-shaped index were improved significantly(P〈0.05). No significant difference was observed on excretion rate of phosphorus(P〉0.05).
