鸡端粒酶催化亚基活性中心结构的预测与定位

摘　　要：研究利用已知脊椎动物端粒酶催化亚基及其活性中心的结构,依据比较基因组学理论,通过序列比对和同源性分析,对鸡端粒酶催化亚基(chTERT)活性中心序列进行预测与定位。结果表明,chTERT活性中心序列为长1813bp,位于鸡chTERT全序列的2013～3825bp位置。chTERT活性中心的确定为今后以鸡端粒酶催化亚基为靶标的抗肿瘤研究奠定基础。According to comparative genomics,active site of chicken telomerase catalytic subunit （chTERT）was predicted and localized by homology and alignment based on published structure of vertebrate telomerase catalytic subunit.As results,the cDNA sequence of chTERT active site is 1 813 bp,localized between 2013 bp and 3 825 bp in the complete cDNA sequence of chTERT.An active site of chTERT as an exactly target sequence can contribute to study in the field of anti-tumor.
