摘　　要：目的检测增殖诱导配体(APRIL)mRNA在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的表达水平,探讨APRIL在SLE发病中的意义。方法采用半定量RT-PCR法检测36例SLE患者及17例正常人PBMC的APRIL mRNA表达,并与SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)进行相关性分析。结果SLE患者活动期组和非活动期组APRIL mRNA表达水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),活动期组较非活动期组增高更明显(P<0.01);SLE患者APRIL mRNA表达水平与SLEDAI评分呈正相关(r=0.6725,P<0.01)。结论SLE患者APRIL mRNA表达水平的增高,可能在SLE的发病机制中具有重要作用。Objective To detect the expression of a proliferation-inducing ligand （APRIL） mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs） of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and to explore the role of APRIL in the SLE. Methods The expression of APRIL mRNA in PBMC from 36 patients with SLE and 17 normal controls was examined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The correlation between the expression of APRIL mRNA and SLE disease activity index （SLE- DAD was assessed. Results The level of APRIL mRNA in PBMCs was significantly increased in the active and inactive SLE groups as compared with that in the normal control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01, respectively）. The expression of APRIL mRNA in the active SLE group was higher than in the inactive SLE group （P〈0.01）. The expression of APRIL mRNA in SLE patients had a significantly positive correlation with SLEDAI score （r=0. 672 5, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The expression of APRIL mRNA might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
