摘　　要：目的观察莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血C-Fos蛋白表达的影响并探讨其保护作用机制。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,通过免疫组化法检测脑缺血24 h C-Fos蛋白的表达以及经莲心碱(3 mg/kg)处理后对该蛋白表达的影响。结果脑缺血24 h C-Fos蛋白的表达明显增加,莲心碱可显著抑制脑缺血后C-Fos蛋白表达。结论莲心碱的神经保护机制可能与抑制C-Fos蛋白的表达有关。Objective To observe the effect of liensinine on C-Fos protein expression in Rats with focal cerebral ischemia and investigate its protective mechanism. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was made by suture - occluded method, the expression of C-FOS protein and the effect of Liensinine （3mg/kg） applied prior ischemia on the expression were detected by immunohistochemical method after cerebral ischemia 24 h. Results The expression of C-FOS protein significantly increased after 24 h ischemia and Liensinine significantly inhibited the expression of C-Fos. Conclusion The protective mechanism of Liensinine is probably related to the inhibition of C-FOS gene expression.
