摘 要:目的确定猫爪草多糖对实验动物免疫功能的影响。方法环磷酰胺造模法制作免疫抑制小鼠模型,灌胃给药,观察和比较猫爪草多糖对其腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素形成以及外周血T淋巴细胞数的影响。结果猫爪草多糖可使吞噬百分率、吞噬指数显著升高;猫爪草多糖可显著促进溶血素的形成并提高外周血中T淋巴细胞数。结论猫爪草多糖对正常及免疫抑制小鼠均有免疫兴奋作用。Objective To investigate the influence of the polysaccharide on immune function. Methods The IS. model in Kunruing mice was induced by Cyclophospharmude, and the phagoctosis of peritoneal macrophage, the formuation of hemoloysin and the number of T - lymphocytes in penpheral blood were observed. Results The extract from Radix Ranunculi Ternati could elevate the percent and the index of phagocytosis, enhance the formation of the hemolysin obviously, and increase the number of T - lymphoeytes in peripheral blood. Conclusion The polysaccharide of Radix Ranunculi Ternati can stimulate the immunologic function of normal and IS. Kunming mice.:
