复方荭草冻干粉针剂对麻醉犬实验性心肌梗塞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察复方荭草冻干粉针剂对麻醉犬冠状动脉前降支结扎所致急性心肌梗塞的保护作用。方法结扎麻醉犬左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)造成急性心肌梗塞模型,测定犬心肌供氧量参数、心肌缺血程度与缺血范围、心肌梗塞面积及血清LDH,CK的变化。结果复方荭草冻干粉针剂能增加心肌供氧量,减轻心肌缺血程度和范围,缩小心肌缺血面积,降低血清肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。结论复方荭草冻干粉针剂对急性心肌梗塞具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Compound Hongcao Freeze- dried Power Injection on experimental acute myocardial infarction （AMI） in anaesthetized dogs. Methods The model of acute myocardial infarction was established by occlusion of left anterial descending artery of myoeardium in dogs, and the oayen supply, myoeadial infarction area and the activities of LDH, CK in serum were measured. Results In dogs treatment with Compound Hongeao Freeze - dried Powder Injection （ in the dosage of 2.4,4.8 g/kg ） , the myocardium oxygen delivery, degree and of myocardial ischemia , myocardium infarction size, and the activities of serum CK, LDH significantly dereased in acute myocardial infarction dogs. Conclusion Compound Hongcao Freeze- dried Power Injection possesses the protective effect on myocardial ischemia.
