中药复方羔羊育肥颗粒剂制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的以“促生长散”的提取物为主要原料,添加适当的辅料,采用湿法造粒,研究并确定优化工艺条件。方法根据颗粒剂的特性,采用湿法造粒,以颗粒剂的溶化性、粒度为考察指标,实验优选颗粒剂的辅料及用量。结果优选辅料为糖粉和糊精。颗粒剂成型制备工艺采用18目筛,湿法造粒,80℃真空干燥的制备工艺。结论所选辅料比例为干膏粉∶糖粉∶糊精=3∶2∶1,以70%乙醇为润湿剂,颗粒剂所选辅料合理,制备工艺简便可行。Objective With the extraction material of ＂ herbal medicine of promoted growth＂ for main raw material, appending suitability assistance, adopting wet granulated, confirm the optimum technological condition Methods According to the characteristic of the granules, with the granules melt quality and degree for obsematory index. The experiment was conducted to optimize the granule assistant materials and its dosage. Results The optimization assistance materials are the sugar and dextrin. The granules preparation process used 18# net by wetting agent and drying temperature is below 60℃. Conclusion The ratio of assistance materials was the cream powder： the sugar powder： the dextrin =3： 2： 1 ,staking 70% ethanol as wetter, the formula of granules was completed and reasonable. The preparation technology of granules was convenient and credible , match of assistance materials are reasonable.
