摘  要:目的采用正交试实验法研究冬凌草的渗漉提取工艺。方法以冬凌草甲素的含量为考察指标,选择浸泡时间、渗漉流速、收集量3个因素,每个因素3个水平进行实验。结果优选出渗漉提取的最佳工艺为A2B1C3,即用95%乙醇浸泡12 h后,以每公斤药材每分钟3 m l流速渗漉,收集10倍量渗漉液。结论采用该法提取具有提取快速、节省溶剂,有效成分提取率高等优点。Objective To study the percolation extraction process of Rabdosia rubescens by orthogongal texts. Methods Soaking time, flow speed and volume of collection solution were the three factors, and three levels of each factor were condrected to optimize the extraction process. Results The best process was A2B1C3 , i. e. extracting with 95% EtOH that soaking 12 h, the flow rate was 3 ml. each kilogram materia medica each minite is 3 and ten times the volume of percolation solution were collected. Conclusion The Method has the advantage of rapid extraction speed, saving solvent, higher extraction rate etc.
