摘 要:应用2004年国家大豆品种区域试验数据,对全国166个参试品系的株高、主茎节数、主茎分枝数、产量等8个主要农艺性状进行聚类分析,对同一生态区的品系进行主成份分析,对粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量与纬度进行回归分析。结果表明,参试品系可分为6个特性不同的组群,组群间各性状的差异主要源于不同生态区之间育种目标的差异;不同生态区主成份个数和主成份因子不同;粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量与纬度均存在一元线性关系,相关系数分别为0.4991和0.2868,回归模型分别为Y=46.4183-0.1357ⅹ1和Y=18.1613+0.05014ⅹ2。研究结果以期为我国不同生态区大豆品种选育提供理论依据及为国家区试点分布的调整提供参考。Ecology data of 166 soybean varieties came from the national soybean varieties regional trial in 2004 were used to analysis characteristics of Chinese soybean breeding strains by analysis methods of cluster, principal component and regression. The results showed: 1) All of the lines were classified into six groups, breeding target in different ecological zones were responsible for the discrimination of the main characteristics in six group;2) Different ecological zones had different component factors and numbers of principal component factors; 3) There are linear relationship between crude protein content and crude fat content, relative coefficient were 0. 4991 and 0. 2868 respectively,regression model were Y=46. 4183-0. 1357 X1 and Y= 18. 1613+0. 05014 X 2. The research may supply principle theory for breeding program and serve to adjust the distri- bution of national regional trial.
