五联神经康复技术治疗持续植物状态的初步临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察以针刺为主的五联神经康复技术对持续植物状态患者的治疗效果。方法观察组12例持续植物状态患者给予醒脑开窍针刺、推拿按摩及关节松动、电磁物理因子刺激、躯干肢体易化训练以及神经营养中西药物应用,对照组11例给予神经营养、促醒药物及高压氧等治疗,分析治疗前后效果及持续植物状态评分变化。结果 治疗1-3个月后,观察组中基本痊愈5例,显效3例,好转4例,无效0例;对照组分别为2例,2例,3例,4例。持续植物状态评分分别提高（7.46±1.32）、（4.59±1.21）分,P〈0.005。结论 以针刺为主的五联中西医神经康复技术可较好地促进持续植物状态患者的苏醒,并能改善患者的预后,有较好的临床研究及应用价值。Objective To research therapeutic effect of the five combined neuromuscular facilitation technique on persistent vegetative state（PVS）. Methods 23 cases of persistent vegetative state were randomly divided into an observation group （n = 12） and a control group （ n = 11 ）. The observation group was treated with acupuncture, neuromuscular facilitation technique combined with reasonable obligatory exercise, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, manipulation treatment and Chinese medicine;The control group was treated with the Western medicine, Chinese medicine and hyperbaric oxygen. Results In the observation group treated from 1 months to 3 months,5 cases were cured, 3 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective ,0 cases were ineffective. In the control group, the corresponding figures were 2,2,3,4 cases. The average PVS score also increased by 7.46 ± 1.22 and 4.59 ± 1.21 （P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion The five combined neuromuscular facilitation technique is markedly effective in improving brain function and raising the PVS score of persistent vegetative state, and it has an important value in further clinical research.
