摘  要:目的:探讨莱菔子水溶性生物碱对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的血压及心血管重构的影响。方法:将40只SHR随机分为5组:空白组、莱菔子水溶性生物碱高、中、低剂量组、卡托普利组,每组8只。采用尾动脉测压法测量血压,于给药8周后,摘取心脏,检测大鼠左室重量及心肌细胞直径、管壁厚/腔径比、管壁面积/腔径比等心血管重构指标。结果:莱菔子水溶性生物碱能明显降低SHR的血压,并使SHR的心室重构得到了改善。结论:莱菔子水溶性生物碱具有明显的降压作用,并对心血管重构具有逆转作用。Objective:To explore the effects of the soluble Semen Raphani alkaloids on spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and on cardiovascular remodeling. Method:Forty SHRs were randomly divided into five groups:untreated control group, the high, middle, low dosage group of the Semen Raphani soluble alkaloids, and Captoril group, with eight rats in each group. Tail- cuff blood pressure(BP) were measured every two weeks. After 8 weeks, the hearts were removed, the left ventricular mass (LVM) were determined. And the diameter of cardiac myocyte, the lumen(R), wall thickness (WT) and wall area(WA) of small artery; WT/R ratio,WA/R ratio were merured. Result: The soluble alkaloids of Semen Raphani significantly declined the blood pressure of rats. improved the process of cardiovascular remodeling(CR). Conclusion: The soluble Semen Raphani alkaloids has prominent hypotensive function and can improve the process of cardiovascular remodeling.
