摘　　要：通过对新疆小城镇现状住宅调查分析,指出小城镇规划设计中突出存在的几个问题;提出小城镇绿色住宅产业关键技术及优化方案,阐明其技术集成具有广阔的市场应用前景。According to the analysis of the present situation of housings in the small towns of Xinjiang, some obvious problems are posed, and the key technology and the optimization plan of green houssing in dustry in small towns are alse proposed. In the meantime, the integrated technology will be utilized widely in the market.
