摘　　要：以对甲苯胺、对氨基乙酰苯胺为主要原料,经乙酰化、氯磺化、酰胺化、脱乙酰化等步骤,合成了无致癌性染料中间体2′-甲基-4,5′-二氨基苯磺酰替苯胺。考察了影响酰胺化反应的因素,其优化条件为:n(2-甲基-5-乙二酰基苯磺酰氯):n(对氨基乙酰苯胺)为1.1∶1,反应在45°C进行,反应时间为2.0 h,产率可达87.26%。产品经IR、1HNMR、13C NMR、MS等确定了结构。Non-carcinogenic dye intermediate 2＇-methyl-4,5＇-diaminobenzene sulfonanilide （Ⅳ） was synthesized from pmethylaniline and p-aminoacetanilide by acetylation, chlorosulfonation, amidation and deacetylation. Optimum conditions for the reaction of p-aminoacetanilide （ Ⅱ） with 2-methyl-5-acetyaminobenzenesulfonyl chloride （ Ⅰ） were determined： when n （ Ⅰ） ： n （ Ⅱ ） = 1.1：1 and reacting at 45℃ for 2.0 h,the yield was 87.26% .The structure of the product was characterized by IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR and MS.
