摘 要:针对黑河下游额济纳地区林草植被面积不断减少、生态环境日趋恶化的问题,2000年起国家实施了黑河干流的统一调水。实地调查分析结果表明,调水5年来,黑河下游典型植物胡杨和柽柳、东居延海及周边林草植被和林草植被整体的生长量、植被覆盖度、植物种类等指标均较调水前有明显增加。因此,今后应进一步强化黑河干流统一调水,确保下游生态用水的需求,并及时开展调水期间林草植被恢复与响应的相关研究及监测评价工作。Since 2000,the State has conducted integrated water regulation of the main Heihe River in the light of continuous area reduction of trees and grasses vegetation and gradually deterioration of the ecologic environment of Ejina region on the lower Heihe River.The analysis results through on-the-spot survey show that growing capacity,coverage rate of vegetation and plant variety of the typical plants of diversiform-leaved Populus diversifolia Schrenk and Tamarix chinensis Lour.growing on the lower Heihe River,trees and grasses growing on the Dongjuyan Lake and its surrounding areas and the whole region,all have been increased remarkably comparing with that of before water regulation since water regulation conducted for 5 years.Thus,it should further strengthen the integrated regulation of the Heihe River,guarantee the ecologic demand of the lower reaches and timely conduct the interrelated study,monitoring and evaluation on rehabilitation and response of trees and grasses vegetation during water regulation in the future.
