摘　　要：通过分析城市规划对城市发展的影响、作用,揭示了城市规划与城市土地价格的内在联系,说明城市规划对土地价格的影响机制,从而真正地提高了城市土地的经济运行效益。Effect that the article develops by analysing an urban planning to the city, mechanism revealing the urban planning and city land price inner link , explaining an impact of urban planning over land price, so as to redly improve its economic bentfits of land in tity.
