摘　　要：以袁世凯等一些人物的官邸建筑为例,总结了其建筑形式、风格、装饰、构造等特点,挖掘其所共有的建筑艺术特色和建筑科学价值、历史文化价值,并推广天津市挖掘、保护和发扬历史文化名城特色的手法与策略,探讨了全国的历史文化名城与历史文化遗产的保护策略。In this text, I elected Yuan Shikai and some other peoples＇ Official Residence buildings as examples. Through these building I summarized the style of construction, manner, decoration and structure. I dredged up the common article characteristic, the science value of building and the value of history and culture. Furthermore I extended Tianjin,s means and tactics of dredging, preserving and carrying forward the characteristic of famous city of history and culture. Moreover I discuss the whole country means of preserving the famous city of history and culture and heritages of history and culture.
