摘  要:甲烷、氢气是厌氧发酵的主要产物,及时、快速和准确地测定其含量是监测厌氧发酵运行情况的重要手段。实验利用气相色谱GC-122对发酵气组分及其含量进行了测定,优化了测试条件,同时验证了此方法的可靠性。结果表明:在优化条件下对厌氧发酵气进行测试,测试时间短,准确度高,回收率大于95.0%,分离效果、重复性好,变异系数小于2.0%。As the methane and the hydrogen are the primary products of anaerobic digestion, it is an important method of monitoring the running state of anaerobic digestion to analyses the content of methane and hydrogen accurately and quickly. For this purpose, the GC-122 was used to analyses the components and the content of the biogas and the analyzed conditions were optimized in the experiment. At the same time, the reliability of the analyses method was tested. Results showed that the analyses time was shorter, the recovery rate were bigger than 95.0% and the coefficient of variation smaller than 2.0% under the optimized conditions, all these proved that the experiment carried out under the optimized conditions has higher precision, higher recovery rate, better separating effect and better duplication relatively.
