摘 要:实验研究了不同测试频率下桃子的电特性(如相对介电常数、等效电阻与酸度、含糖量和含水率)之间的关系。结果表明,在频率为100Hz时,桃子的电特性与其含糖量和酸度之间的关系显著。桃子的含糖量越大,其相对介电常数越小;酸度越大,其相对介电常数越大,同时,利用DPS数据处理系统进行了逐步回归分析,得出回归方程,为利用电特性进行桃子的酸度和含糖量无损检测提供了理论参考和依据。Has studied the relation between equivalent resistance and the acidity, sugar peach's electricity characteristic such as the dielectric constant, content, moisture content under different frequency. The result indicated that when the frequency is lOOHz, the relation between peach's electricity characteristic and sugar content, acidity is remarkable, the relational curve is steady. Peach's sugar content bigger it's relative permittivity along with smaller, the acid bigger it's relative permittivity to be bigger. And has carried on the gradually regression analysis using the DPS data processing system, obtains the regression equation. To provide the advantage theory reference and the basis for use the electricity characteristic to carry on the not damages examination to test peach's the acidity and the sugar content.
