摘　　要：发展基于信息技术的农产品物流为农民提供真实与准确的有效信息,减少运营过程中的不确定性和盲目性,降低农产品流通的成本,有利于保障农民的根本利益。基于信息技术现代物流配送注重基础设施的建设,使用先进的技术、设备与管理为销售提供服务,强调功能作业流程、运作的标准化和程序化,使复杂的作业变成简单;着重于将物流与供应链的其他环节进行集成,采用市场机制,服务系列化,提高农产品流通速度,推动农业的现代化进程,提高农业生产的整体效益。To develop agricultural product logistics distribution based on the information technology provides the accurate effective information, reduces operation process and the agricultural product circulation cost, safeguards farmer＇s basic interest. It focus on infrastructure construction, uses the advanced technology and equipment. The management provides the service for the sale, emphasized the function work flow, the operation standardization and the sequencing, cause the complex work simply. Emphatically flow with supplies chain to carry on the integration, use the market mechanism, make the service serial, enhance the agricultural product rapidity of circulation, impel agricultural the modernized advancement, enhance the agricultural production the overall benefit.
