摘　　要：图像的压缩率和传输过程中的网络带宽利用率是衡量图像监控系统质量的关键指标。采用MPEG-4标准对图像进行编解码和利用IP组播技术实现图像的多点传输的数字图像监控系统能够较好地提高图像的压缩率和网络带宽的利用率。The compression ratio of image and the using efficiency of the network bandwidth in the process of transmission are key factors in measuring the quality of the image supervisory system.Decoding the image by adopting MPEG-4 standard and realizing the image’s multi-spot transmission of the digital image supervisory system by using IP multi-cast technology,have fairly enhanced the compression ratio of the image and the use efficiency of the network bandwidth.
