摘  要:研究了培养瓶的换气孔大小和种类对甘薯组培苗生长的影响,结果表明:换气孔直径为1.0 cm处理的甘薯地上部增殖生长及地下部根的生长均好于1.5和2.5 cm处理,未换气处理甘薯生长状态也良好,但地上部干物重不及1.0 cm处理.培养瓶种类影响甘薯组培苗的生长,三角瓶中甘薯苗地上部生长最佳,PC瓶内除了节数不如三角瓶外,地上部鲜、干物重与三角瓶处理无显著性差异,而根的生长PC瓶处理好于三角瓶处理,在柱状瓶内甘薯生长不良.The effect of air exchange size and culture vessel types on growth of sweet potato was studied. The results showed: the growth of shoot and root in 1.0 cm of air exchange diameter was better than the treatments of 1.5 cm and 2.0 cm, and in the treatment of non - air exchange, shoot and root growth was also favorable besides shoot dry weight when comparing with 1.0 cm treatment. Vessel type affected plantlet growth of sweet potato, shoot growth was optimal in conical flask, moreover, PC vessel was also feasible, the growth of shoot and root was not significant difference between conical flask and PC vessel (besides node numbers). However, Column bottle was not suitable for tissue culture of sweet potato.
