摘　　要：目的探讨^99mTc-MIBI SPECT肺肿瘤显像联合肿瘤标志物检测在老年肺肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法用^99mTc-MIBI对18例临床诊断为肺肿瘤的病人进行SPECT显像,同时对其血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、非小细胞肺癌相关抗原（CYFRA21-1）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）肿瘤标志物利用罗氏电化学发光免疫系统进行检测。结果^99mTc-MI-BI SPECT肺肿瘤显像联合CT、MRI诊断老年肺肿瘤与病理检测符合率为94.4%,^99mTc-MIBI SPECT肺肿瘤显像联合肿瘤标志物检测诊断老年肺肿瘤与病理检测符合率为100%。结论^99mTc-MIBI SPECT肺肿瘤显像联合肿瘤标志物检测在老年肺肿瘤诊断中具有重要临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT lung tumor imaging and tumor marker detection in the diagnosis of senile lung cancer. Methods The SPECT imaging was performed on 18 patients with pulmonary lesions, SPECT data were acquired 30 minutes and 2 hours after the injection of ^99mTc - MIBI. The early ratio, delayed ratio and retention index（RI） were calculated. The serum CEA, CYFRA and NSE leves among 18 patients were detected by ELECSYS 2010 SOP Roche diagnostics. Results The diagnosis concordance of ^99mTc - MIBI, X - CT and MRI with the histologically diagnosed senile lung cancer was 94. 4%. The diagnosis concordance of ^99mTc - MIBI and tumor marker with the histologically diagnosed senile lung cancer was 100%. Conclusion ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT lung tumor imaging and tumor marker detection is important in the diagnosis of senile lung cancer.
