摘 要:为了对尾矿坝基础渗漏进行治理,分析了矿山尾矿库酸性废水的来源和危害,探讨了采用化学注浆防渗时对注浆材料的要求。根据粘土固化浆液的组成和特点,针对某矿山尾矿坝基础的防渗要求,采用该化学注浆技术构筑尾矿坝基础垂直防渗帷幕,并对注浆效果进行了检查和分析。结果表明,以粘土为主要成分的粘土固化浆液,具有良好的流动性和化学惰性,形成的防渗帷幕具有较强的抗酸稳定性和抗腐蚀性能,通过控制浆液的固化过程,实现了对酸性废水的封堵。In order to control the leakage of tailing dam, the sources and harm of the acidic wastewater in the tailing dam were investigated. The requirements of the chemical grouting technology for grouting materials were discussed as well. According to the composition and characteristics of clay-solidified grouts, the chemical grouting technology was adopted to construct vertical anti-seepage curtain to meet the requirements of prevention of leakage of the dam foundation. The grouting effect was inspected and analyzed. The results show that the clay-solidified grouts mainly composed of clay have good fluidity and chemical inertia. The anti-seepage curtain has strong acid-resistant and causticity-resistant capability. The acidic wastewater can be blocked up by controlling the solidifying process of the grouts in construction.
